Our firm was established in 1991 when Luke Rankin joined his father, Ogden, to found Rankin & Rankin. Between them, they have over 60 years of experience serving their friends and neighbors in Conway and Horry County, South Carolina focusing on pursuing justice for personal injury and wrongful death claims, as well as workers compensation and social security disability issues.

Both Ogden and Luke Rankin have a long history of dedicated service in the legal community. In addition to their legal practice, Ogden Rankin served as a Judge until 1983 and Luke Rankin has also served as a State Senator for District 33 since 1992. Representing the interests of the community as a whole, as well as the interests of their friends and neighbors, individually, is a tradition in the Rankin family. Although Ogden Rankin is no longer taking new clients, he still serves "Of Counsel" to the firm. We are fortunate to have his invaluable experience, knowledge and advice available to the firm.
